Some computers experience difficulties when attempting to log in or access the lab environment. If you are using a company/organization laptop, it may have added security the is preventing the log on and/or lab environment process from completing. Try using an different computer, a personal one for example. If the log in process and/or lab environment function, then the security settings on computer previously used are blocking the completion of the log/lab process. Check your settings or with your IT staff to determine which settings may be blocking access.
